Our products are built to last, and there is no possibility of defects under normal usage. Because of this, we do not provide any warranty on our products. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Replacement Policy
While we do not offer warranties, we do have a replacement policy in place. If a product is damaged or defective due to our fault, we will replace it at no extra cost. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or welding.
- Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, type, or specifications).
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. You will be required to provide:
- Clear images of the damaged or defective product.
- Order details (invoice number, date of purchase, and customer name).
- A brief description of the issue.
Once we verify the claim, we will process the replacement immediately.
Refund Policy
Since our products are custom-made and highly durable, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- The order was canceled before shipment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns & Replacements
- The product must not have been used or installed.
- It should be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the mistake was on our part.
